Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the organization’s mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and execute a forward-looking strategic plan.
Organizational Growth
  • Drive sustainable growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding partnerships, and diversifying revenue streams.

Stakeholder Engagement

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is typically the minimum educational requirement. Common areas of study include Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • We highly value candidates with advanced degrees, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant postgraduate qualifications. This reflects a commitment to continuous learning and a deeper understanding of strategic leadership.
Leadership Experience
  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience, preferably in roles such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or equivalent, showcasing the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Significant experience in leading and managing a global organization, preferably in the philanthropy, social impact, or nonprofit sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute a strategic vision that drives organizational growth, innovation, and positive impact.
