Job Description

Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
  • Collaborate with the CEO to identify and nurture strategic partnerships with donors, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in expanding and diversifying revenue streams to support organizational growth.
Operational Oversight
  • Provide strategic oversight of organizational operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with overall mission and goals.
  • Work closely with department heads to streamline processes, enhance organizational effectiveness, and optimize resource allocation
Financial Management
  • Assist in financial planning and budget development in coordination with the CEO.
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to effective resource allocation.
Global Engagement
  • Represent the organization globally in various forums, conferences, and events.
  • Cultivate relationships with international partners and enhance Kondana’s global presence.
Impact Measurement and Reporting
  • Oversee the implementation of impact measurement systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports on organizational impact and achievements.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, International Development, or a related discipline is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Advanced education can provide a deeper understanding of strategic management and leadership principles.
Leadership Experience
  • Proven track record of leadership at a senior management level, preferably as a Deputy CEO or in an equivalent role.
  • Experience in managing global teams and collaborating across diverse cultural contexts.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategic plans.
