Job Description

Responsibilities
Data Collection
  • Participate in the collection of quantitative and qualitative data related to organizational programs and initiatives.
  • Work closely with M&E Managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection processes.
Reporting Assistance
  • Support in the preparation and generation of regular reports on M&E findings, outcomes, and program impact.
  • Collaborate with M&E Managers to create visualizations and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Database Management
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date databases, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of collected data.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data management systems for efficient reporting.
Survey and Interview Coordination
  • Assist in coordinating surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods as part of the M&E process.
  • Uphold ethical standards and protocols during the planning and execution of data collection activities.
Documentation
  • Assist in documenting M&E processes, methodologies, and findings for reference and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and archive relevant documentation to ensure easy retrieval and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; prior experience in M&E is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated passion for impact measurement and a commitment to learning and professional development.
Analytical Skills
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data effectively.
Communication Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
Tech Savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with data collection tools and software is an advantage.
