We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. Job Description

Responsibilities
Financial Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to decision-making processes.
Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Oversee the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, providing insights to inform organizational decisions.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
Audit and Compliance
  • Lead the annual financial audit process, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Treasury and Cash Management
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize financial resources.
  • Implement effective treasury and cash management policies.
Budget Oversight
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews and financial assessments.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree and relevant certifications (CPA, CMA) are preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success in financial leadership.
  • Experience in a global or international organization is an advantage.
