Job Description

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Implement effective performance management and employee development programs.
Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Regularly review and update employee benefit packages.
Legal Compliance
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local and international labor laws.
  • Mitigate legal risks related to employment matters.
Administrative Oversight
  • Lead administrative functions, including facilities management and logistics.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Capacity Building
  • Provide training and capacity-building support to staff and partners involved in infrastructure and development programs.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an international or global context.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management and administrative oversight.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey HR and administrative information clearly to diverse audiences.
Change Management
  • Experience in leading and managing organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams effectively.
