Job Description
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Implement effective performance management and employee development programs.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Regularly review and update employee benefit packages.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with local and international labor laws.
- Mitigate legal risks related to employment matters.
Administrative Oversight
- Lead administrative functions, including facilities management and logistics.
- Oversee travel arrangements, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Capacity Building
- Provide training and capacity-building support to staff and partners involved in infrastructure and development programs.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an international or global context.
- Demonstrated success in talent management and administrative oversight.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey HR and administrative information clearly to diverse audiences.
Change Management
- Experience in leading and managing organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams effectively.
