Job Description

Responsibilities
Facilities Management
  • Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of office facilities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Logistics and Supplies
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
  • Ensure timely procurement and management of office supplies.
Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
Administrative Policies
  • Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Budget Oversight
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage the administrative budget.
  • Monitor expenditures and recommend cost-saving measures.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration and facilities management.
  • Experience in an international or global context is advantageous.
