Job Description
Responsibilities
Facilities Management
- Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of office facilities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Logistics and Supplies
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
- Ensure timely procurement and management of office supplies.
Team Support
- Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
Administrative Policies
- Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Budget Oversight
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage the administrative budget.
- Monitor expenditures and recommend cost-saving measures.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administration and facilities management.
- Experience in an international or global context is advantageous.
