Job Description

Responsibilities
Cross-Cutting Program Integration
  • Collaborate with the Director of Programs to integrate cross-cutting themes such as gender equality, diversity, and environmental sustainability into organizational programs.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives that address and promote cross-cutting issues.
Coordination and Implementation
  • Lead the coordination and implementation of cross-cutting issues programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate program delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved in cross-cutting issues, including local communities, advocacy groups, and government agencies.
  • Represent the organization at relevant forums and meetings
Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of cross-cutting issues programs.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Training and Capacity Building
  • Provide training and capacity-building support to staff and partners involved in cross-cutting issues programs.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other program coordinators and teams to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to program delivery.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Gender Studies, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and implementing programs that address cross-cutting issues, preferably in an international or global context.
  • Familiarity with gender mainstreaming, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability principles.
Collaboration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
Communication Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in numeracy skills and good
    computer skills(Excel Especially, Word)
