Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and execute a forward-looking strategic plan.
Organizational Growth
- Drive sustainable growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding partnerships, and diversifying revenue streams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, government entities, and the community.
- Represent Kondana at a global level, building the organization’s profile and influence.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is typically the minimum educational requirement. Common areas of study include Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Leadership Experience
- Demonstrated executive leadership experience, preferably in roles such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or equivalent, showcasing the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Significant experience in leading and managing a global organization, preferably in the philanthropy, social impact, or nonprofit sector.
