Job Description
Responsibilities
M&E Strategy Development
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and implementation of the organization’s comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation strategy, aligning it with our mission and goals.
- Design M&E frameworks that effectively track, measure, and report on programmatic impact and outcomes.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to organizational programs and initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance for informed decision-making.
Impact Measurement
- Develop and implement robust impact measurement systems, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of organizational initiatives.
- Establish clear performance indicators and evaluation criteria in collaboration with program teams.
Evaluation Planning
- Design and manage program evaluations, including the development of evaluation plans, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with program teams to establish clear evaluation criteria and performance indicators.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present regular reports on M&E findings, outcomes, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with communication teams to effectively share impact stories and achievements with diverse audiences.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading M&E functions, preferably in a global or international development context.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems
Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in using M&E software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
