Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
HR Policies and Procedures
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize events and activities to promote a positive work culture.
Employee Engagement

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
- Experience in an international or global context is an advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey HR and administrative information clearly to diverse audiences.
