Job Description

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Performance Management
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
HR Policies and Procedures
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize events and activities to promote a positive work culture.
Employee Engagement

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Experience in an international or global context is an advantage.

  • Ability to convey HR and administrative information clearly to diverse audiences.
