Job Description

Responsibilities
M&E Strategy Implementation
  • Work closely with the Director of M&E to implement the organization’s M&E strategy, ensuring alignment with mission and goals.
  • Lead the execution of M&E frameworks to track, measure, and report on programmatic impact and outcomes.
Data Collection and Analysis
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to organizational programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and relevance for informed decision-making.
Impact Measurement
  • Implement impact measurement systems, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with program teams to define clear performance indicators and evaluation criteria.
Evaluation Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage program evaluations, including the development of evaluation plans, methodologies, and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish evaluation criteria and performance indicators.
Capacity Building
  • Provide training and support to internal staff on M&E methodologies, data collection, and analysis.
  • Contribute to building a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Reporting and Communication
  • Prepare and present M&E findings, outcomes, and recommendations to the Director of M&E and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to communication efforts to share impact stories and achievements.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading M&E functions, preferably in a global or international development context.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficiency in using M&E software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Analytical Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
Collaborative Approach
